Leaders In Progress
Interested in helping out at our Great Narnian Gathering this summer? Between the ages of 16-18? Apply to be a Leader in Progress at the Gathering this summer to gain experience working with children and earn community service hours.
LIPs will have the opportunity to assist families at arrival and departure, support our staff in leading activities, play games with the campers, and participate in a pre-event orientation and training session.
Admission Requirements
- Preference is given to former Camp Narnia campers and returning L.I.P.s.
- Applicants should be 16–18 years old at the time of the program. Teens with late birthdays who will have completed Grade 10 by the summer are also welcome to apply if they wish.
- Submit a short application form (see below).
Program Date
Leaders in Progress will be helping out at our Great Narnian Gathering this summer, July 26th, 2025, hosted at Camp Caillet just outside Nanaimo. We will have an orientation session prior to the event, and there will be lots of opportunities to reunite with old friends alongside assisting with our planned activities.
Program Fees
Participation in our Leader in Progress team is FREE for summer 2025! (Including a camp t-shirt ready for tie-dyeing!)
